Shopify to Google Sheet Questions

Hello, I am currently using a Zap that outputs data when a Shopify order is placed to a Google Sheet by line item based on the number of products ordered. I had 2 main questions regarding the automation for things I was looking to do.1. The zap outputs the order number, customer name, date, email address, and state for each order. If the order contains multiple products, the zap will repeat the above mentioned fields for each line item in the order. I was wondering if it would be possible to only have those fields output on the first row and stay blank for the subsequent rows for the rest of the order’s line items.  2. I am using Bold Product Options as some of the products I have offer too many variants beyond the number that Shopify as able to support. As a result, if an order is placed that has the Product Options, it will give each option its own line item as if it were a separate product. Is there a way for the Zap to detect if the order contains such options and then combine both

Lookup from Google Sheets table?

How do I lookup a value in a google sheets table and return a corresponding value which can then be pushed to an app. Specifically, I am pulling data from mailparser. I want zapier to lookup a value in a google sheets table (or any other app where I can store a table), find the adjacent normalized value and return this, which will then go to Pipedrive. I can’t figure out how to do. Would love some guidance. Thank you.

Keeping Airtable up-to-date

This seems like it would be a simple task, but I can’t logic how to make it work.We use Google Forms for  a program sign-up. That goes to Sheets, and we have a zap that takes the info from Sheets and creates a record in AirTable.  Works great.But now I want our participants to be able to update some of their info. It seems like this could be done via an AirTable form.  But - we don’t want it to create a new record - as we have lots of notes fields now attached to their original record.  Do we create a Zap back to Sheets? It appears AirTable doesn’t have this functionality (to update a record) within their own platform, and they suggest a multi-step Zap. But that info doesn’t translate to what I’m trying to do.Is there a simple solution to this??

Get Imgage URL from RSS feed text to pass onto IG Business post

Hi I have read all IMG URL posts in this forum but haven’t found a solution for that works for me. I run a Sharetribe GO market place (only a Sharetribe FLEX is available as app) so I need to pick the data via RSS feed when a new listing is posted. In Zapier I receive the data and my IMG URL sits in a text field at the end - like this: <p>Text Descriptip of listing.Text Descriptip of listingText Descriptip of listingText Descriptip of listingText Descriptip of listingText Descriptip of listing</p><br /><a href="https://mysite.com/en/listings/1545797"><img src="https://assets.tribe.com/images/listing_images/images/42863736/medium/ekwador_galapagos_bartolome-e1552569858499__1_.jpeg?1627371877" /></a>How can I extract / read out the IMG URL? This account has expired

Every time we connect our Arlo account to Zapier we get a “this account has expired” error despite the fact all permissions have been given to Zapier to access our Arlo account. We were wondering how we could fix this issue as we have tried all alternatives and tested numerous different methods and still have been unsuccessful. Would greatly appreciate if anyone could give any tips and advice on what to do to fix this.

Enabling more ticket fields for FreshDesk action

Currently, the FreshDesk Zap provides access to Subject, Email, Type, Description, Priority and CC emails.It’s lacking Tags, Group, Product and Status.Without Group and Product, the resulting new ticket from using the “Create Ticket” action is hidden from my team because it hasn’t been assigned a Group or Product.This could be done by adding additional Automations inside of FreshDesk, but this will add complexity to our existing Automations. What are the options available? Are there plans to enable these ticket fields to show up inside of Zapier? Or would this be custom work in order to write a new Zap or FreshDesk action? Thanks!

Combine information from two forms

I have two forms. First form, customer fills out data. On the 2nd form, company fills out data.I have created the zap from form one to go to google spreadsheet, each form has a unique id. My issue is that I need to have the first sheet updated on the same row with the additional content. In Form 2, I have added a field dynamically populated from Form 1 so I can match them up.I was going to use the lookup field, but it appears to want a set value whereas I need it to be based on the Unique ID from form 1 matching unique id from form 2. Any Ideas?

Connectwise / Pipedrive - Fake 2 Way Sync

Good Morning I’m hoping someone can help with the following integration i’m looking to implement. Essentially, we use Connectwise Manage as our main CRM, however we are now using Pipedrive to manage our Sales engagements. What we are looking to achieve is to mirror the contacts and organisation details in both CRM’s by faking a two way sync. Some scenarios: If a contact or company is created in pipedrive, create it in Connectwise, but find if the company or contact exists first, then create them if not already there. If a contact or organisation is created in Connectwise, create the records in Pipedrive, and allow for a search first to ensure no duplicates. And for any updated record in either CRM to then be reflected in the other CRM.Is there a simple way this can be achieved in the smallest amount of steps? ThanksChris

UPS Tracking Updates as Trigger - WITHOUT Shipping Service

Hello,We’re looking for a way to use UPS tracking updates (delivered, in transit, etc.) as triggers for zaps.We’re aware of how to do this with integrations like EasyShip, but those options require you to have created/purchased the label within their platform. We need to be able to maintain a sheet (or similar) of tracking numbers, and each time one’s tracking is updated by UPS, it triggers a zap. Has anyone done something like this, or know of a way to setup this trigger?Thanks for your time.

Hello I have a failed zap run with a google calendar step. The error occurred because the end date is before the start date. I downloaded the zap data into a csv provided by zapier and found the field with the error. Is there a way for me to reupload the  csv to fix the data so i can rerun the zap?

Zap keeps turning off

Our Zap keeps turning off We have an integration between Gravity Forms → Airtable (or Google Sheets, we tried both) → WordPressEach step is tested and works perfectly We have all the correct connections with the apps that we are using We turn the Zap on and within a few seconds it automatically turns off again There are no errors No history either since the zap turns off immediately. How can we fix this if we don’t know why it keeps turning off?

Hi There,I want to create a new row in a google sheet whenever someone uses a certain emoji in a certain slack channel. If they use X reaction, it will post the message in sheet X, if they use Y it will go to Y etc.My first thought would be that there’s a way to include a lookup table either in the trigger or before, however, its not possible.Other than creating multiple identical zaps, anyone have any thoughts on how to do this?Thanks.Ilan

Hi,I try to create a zap between Leadfeeder and my crm software named act!.unfortunately i can't connect act! with zapier.I have the notion that it's the url that is giving me the error. Does the url really have to start with https:// or can it also be a url that's starting with http:// ? My database resides on the link http://owa.tuuci.nl/apfw. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work. Same for owa.tuuci.nl without the /apfw.Please help. Thanks!Jochem

I’d like for my zap to run at, say, 2 specific times each weekday.I know I can use Schedule by Zapier -> Every Day but for the “Time of Day” field can I enter 2 specific times? If so, what is the correct format? So far I’ve tried   11:00am, or 1:00pmbut the zap only ran at 11am and ignored the 1pm time.If I can do this without consuming additional tasks then Zapier would be great.

Hello guysNeed some help and adviceI am trying to use zapier tool where i need to design some automation from slack to salesfore, below are my requirements Set up an outgoing email notification to the end-user, when user '@' mentions, automatically the email should go to that mentioned user. Creation of case records in salesforce when user @mentions in the slack channel,  There would be 2 types of @mentions (@ITcase,@Admincase). with the  case descriptionWe need an option where if the user enters any message in the Slack channel after giving the @mention, it should not create a new case for the existing thread/same channel.If the user in the salesforce updates the case as "closed". a message needs to update in the same thread where the case was created from the slack channel as "This Thread is closed". Any help or guidence would be very helpfull for me

Hi team,We are located in Australia and thus using Zoho CRM Australia.When trying to connect Zappier to Zoho CRM Australia we received this error message, and showing the below message:After looking at the community, I did not find a similar problem and thought to ask Zoho Support.The Zoho representative told me that “the url which Zapier is calling to fetch the access token from CRM is incorrect, please inform Zapier team about this so they will change it to the correct one”…And they refer me to the following link: https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/v2/access-refresh.html Is there anyone that can assist me in this?Murray
