Map multiple choice Priority selection from Google Form to Jira

I’m attempting to create a JIRA ticket from a Google Form.In the Google Form, I have the user select the Priority of the ticket using a Multiple Choice field (see Image1); however, the zap attempts to create a Jira ticket with a Priority using the text string selected.  The JIRA issue creation process is expecting a numeric value for Priority.  Since I do not want my users selecting a number (10000, 5, 4, etc.) for the Priority, how can I map the text selection to the number necessary for Jira issue creation?Image1​​​​Priority selection in Zapier “set up action” sectionError received since JIRA is expecting a numeric value for Priority field

Update MailChimp when Salesforce email changes

I have created a Zap that is supposed to update a MailChimp subscriber’s email address if the Salesforce email address changes. When I change an email address in Salesforce to test the zap, it is creating a new subscriber in MailChimp rather than changing the existing subscriber. I think I need to have an additional step in the zap to find the correct MailChimp record to update, so I added a “Find Subscriber” action. That isn’t working either. What criteria do I use to find the correct Subscriber in MailChimp? Is my use case even possible?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, I am trying to extract an invoice number that is mentioned in the email subject (i.e. INV00001). And I do need the whole invoice number containing the INV plus 00001). Is this possible with a Python or Javascript, Regex or something like that? Thanks for help, Michael

Updated deals matching filter in Pipedrive aren’t triggering the Zap when they enter the filter again

This post was split from the topic: How to Trigger for Specific Field Level Changes in PipedriveHi Jared - Super helpful workflow, thanks for sharing. I think I found a bit of an issue - we have a custom field in deals for “expected ship date”. This can change multiple times, which means that the activity can match the filter multiple times… which it seems breaks the workflow. I don’t see any new activities showing up when I attempt to pull in test data after the 2nd or 3rd change on the same deal. Is there a workaround for this circumstance?

Update individual Trello cards when Google Sheets rows are updated

I have a google sheets document with columns for each custom field, when you fill out the data it generates a Trello card.I would like to then be able to edit that data and have the Trello card update.I am currently using the “Find Card” and “Update Card” options but it seems to just take any changes and apply them to a single card not to each card individually.Logic goes: Trigger google sheets row is added or updated>Find card using card name from google sheet> update that card.Not sure how to make it apply to each card individually from each row.

Line break doesn't work with webhook PUT

Hey guys,I have a trigger from the parser app. When the parsed email body contains line breaks, I can’t use that field in my JSON webhook as the app gives me the following error message: “The app returned "Server could not parse JSON".”It works just fine if I use the standard action from Zendesk, but the custom call gives me the error. The problematic part of the code is the “body” tag, where the line breaks cause troubles. Getting “Unable to create channel” error from Microsoft Teams

I am getting the following error when attempting to launch  Unable to create channel: A team owner must install the Zapier app from the Teams store to use this feature, then reconnect your Microsoft account in Zapier. I am the owner of the Team in question. I have linked Zapier with my Teams account and installed it into the Team I’m attempting to create a channel in. Zapier lists that team as a valid choice (it does NOT say zapier needs to be installed into the team as it does on all my other teams listed)

Hi, I am running into an issue with my YouCanBookMe and SalesMessage (SMS) connection in Zapier and I am hoping someone can help.What currently happens:When a new meeting is scheduled, we do a Delay until the time it is scheduled for and then an SMS sends from SalesMessage.What we run into is that it doesn’t check before that SMS is sent to see if the time has changed.So, hopefully a simple question - how do I get Zapier to recheck the time, and if it’s changed then reschedule the SMS?

Line breaks not rendering with webhooks

Hey guys,I’m trying to post a comment from Zendesk as webhook, which generally works just fine. However, as soon as the message is written with line breaks the webhook field structure gets affected. Not all Outlook Calendar events are copied over to Google Calendar

We are trying to create a Zap where events added to our individual outlook calendar is added to GCal.  We build one that works, however it is adding the event when we receive an invite from someone and when we accept it.  This is only for external invites. coming to us not us sending one out.  Is there a solution to this?

Formatting multiple blank fields

I have a zap which takes a new row of data from Google Sheets and populates into a new Google Slides deck. Half of the data may potentially be blank and currently these remain as {{FieldName}} in the newly created Slides deck, but I’m hoping to change it so it feeds through as “N/A”.I know I can achieve this through a Formatter>Text>Default Value action:Do I need to add a Format step for each field? eg, if I have 14 fields which may potentially be blank, I add 14 Format steps? Is there an alternative method which can streamline/simplify the above?Thanks!

Zap not triggering - FB Lead Ad

Hi I really need some help. My zap is not triggering. Leads are coming in from Facebook, but they are not being sent to my Google Sheet or Activecampaign. I’ve tried everything at this point. I tried resetting Zapier permissions, full Zapier reset, reset my Leads Access on Facebook. I even tried using the admin’s Facebook page for the Zap and that still didn’t work. Please someone help.

How to collect GoToWebinar recording viewers data?

Hello everyone,I’m just wondering about a zap that would connect GoToWebinar to a database or CRM software. We are using ActiveCampaign and we managing all the reminders and follow-up emails in it. This way users get a global link to the recording of the actual webinar so if someone clicks to watch the video, GoToWebinar asks for basic information: first name, last name, and email address. The link is shareable so for example if one of the participants wants to send the recording about the webinar to someone who not registered, the recipient can watch the video but only after filling out this basic information. And this is the point where we could catch new potentially interested people. After that we can put them into a database or an excel or google sheet, or even into a CRM system. If there would be a zap like this in the future that would be great!Thank you in advance!TLIT

Create multiple line items in Airtable from eBay orders?

When a new order is created in eBay, my Zap creates an Order and a related Order Line Item in two corresponding tables in Airtable.  When Orders with more than 1 line item occur, will the Zap create multiple line items?  I’m not sure how to test this, since the test orders seem to be chosen automatically.

Hi,I use Asana and I like it, but it has no alarm/alert system for it to remind me via notificatión/pop-up when a due date is comming or is happening.I decided using Microsoft’s To-Do since Google Calendar doesn’t work either.I’ve been watching videos and reading entries about how to set up the thing, but I’m still not able to make it work.Can anybody help me through the process?
