Hi - Intercom’s native integration to Salesforce only allows for 1 record type. We have 2 that could originate from Intercom. I’m trying to filter a Zap by the tag added to an Intercom conversation. It looks like this has been an outstanding request with Intercom for a while based on these two posts below. Is there any update?

Hello,I was just wondering what Zapiers policy is towards small, indie developers and startups. I have tested Zapier for about a month or so, and have noticed that the pricing is not really supportive towards small developers. Billed annually doesn’t make much sense to me, seeing how many small apps are just starting off and do not yet have the user-base to require such a one-size fits all. Even the giant Google has a tiered pricing system with firebase, and they allow you to pay as you grow.Does Zapier support small developers, or are only established and successful businesses allowed to maintain zaps?The truth is, almost all the zaps could be created free with a little code, as you well know. And, for small developers, the option to spend the extra time on the code or pay for an entire year when they do not even know if the app will succeed, will almost always lead them to just spend the time to create the code in their apps themselves.It may be wise for you guys to come up with
I have a zap use case where I need one action that can be done on 50 states regardless of the state, but then send slack message to the specific state channel which right now is requiring that I make 50 zap flows because paths only allows for 3 max. This is killing my total zap allotment each month and becoming costlyAnyone have ideas on how I could create an action that would send to the proper slack channel based on which state the previous action was sent in?
I need to know the difference between two dates as a number to use that to add to another date extending it’s duration. Use case is as such: Customer has membership ending date XX/XX/2021 They purchase another year of membership We need to know the difference between today's date and their end date Then add that to the 365 days they’ve bought to give us their new expiration date I’ve stared at the formatter for a while but you can only use it with written expressions (i.e. +50days) to change a date rather than mathematical operation using two dates. Conversely the numbers utility won’t work with a date format. I’ve had some kinda ideas but they all get very task heavy quickly so would be incredibly grateful if anyone has a solution to this! I’m having a hard time setting up my first zap which seems like it should be relatively easy. When a paid order comes in to my shopping cart system (Ecwid), I want to create and populate a new row with pertinent info in an existing Excel spreadsheet. However, Zapier asks me to specify the location of my spreadsheet and only gives me options for OneDrive and one other app. Under “custom”, I can’t specify anything. Am I to assume that my spreadsheet must reside in OneDrive? Why not Dropbox, which I already use and am heavily invested in? Why not just my hard drive? I don’t want to use OneDrive, so does that render Zapier useless to me?
Hello,I created a zap so that the GDPR data can automatically go to Vincere. The only concern is with "expires date". In fact, according to the law, when you have the authorization of a person to keep their personal data, this is for a period of two years. However, in the options offered by Zapier on the fields in "set up actions", it is not possible to put a date in the format "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH: mm: ss.SSS'Z '" which takes into account this two-year authorization. So I wanted to know if it was possible to do so. Thank you. Best regards.
I get the following text in the Test Step in find Record Action:Required fields without a valueBaseTableOptional fields without a valueSearch by Field Search Value Search Formula Limit to View Should this step be considered a "success" when nothing is found?The thing is that the base and the table (synced from a different base) DO have a value. I selected the Base and the Table in that base.No matter what field I use to find the record, I keep getting that message.I am using free accounts (AirTable and Zapier), if that helps for the answer.
I'm building a Glide app. I just created a second message button that writes to the same column as the first. Whenever new data gets entered into that column, Zapier sends an email to my business' Gmail account. Then it's sent from there to the recipient's email address. The messages sent from the original button are making it all the way through to the recipient's email address, but the messages from the second button are only making it as far as the Gmail account. Does anyone know what I should do about this? They're both exactly the same!

I want to collect phone numbers on a thank you page using lead page and add them to Keap, for an evergreen webinar. Then have a Zap that sends their details to a SMS platform like clicksend or Twillo. At the same time i want to have a Zap from Demio (automated webinar software) that sends the timing of the webinar registered to Twillo or clicksend, so when it comes time for the reminder SMS it knows when to send. Is that possible? **Yes i can collect the number directly through demio, however i want to do it on the thank you page not in the embedded form.
Hello community, I am running a businnes where I need to post content on social media on a daily basis. I currently use facebook business suite to manage and schedule upcoming post, however, I think this could be more effective if I could integrate zapier to my clickup account, so whenever a task reaches its duedate it would automatically post both on facebook and instagram. Does anyone know how this would work? and how would I need to write my tasks so zapier understands what goes where? Thank you :)
I created a Slack to Slack zap that each time a is clicked the message gets sent to a new slack channel called #Add_to_Wiki.The problem is when someone else presses the emoji the same message gets sent again polluting the wiki channel.I tried looking but couldn't find anything to limit the reaction.If that's not possible is there a way if the same message gets two reactions the second message just threads to the first so it doesn't pollute the channel?
Hi, I have tested a payment in Clickfunnels test mode. This payment is registered as successful in Stripe. But is not being picked up via Zapier so I'm unable to build out the rest of my Zap. Does anyone know why this is or what I am doing wrong. I can not purchase the product out of test mode as it is an expensive product. Thanks
I’m trying to create an integration which sends an email on every new post to a Facebook group. This works fine, but I can’t seem to get the name of the person sending the post. In my email template I have that as part of the subject in the email, but so far it’s always been blank. I’ve seen some posts about Facebook Messenger integrations with the same problem, saying that users have to opt in for their details to appear in integrations - is this the case here too?
When using Amazon Polly in a Zap to translate text to audio, I can’t access the Polly ‘Engine’ field to specify the ‘Neural’ value. Instead, I don’t have an option to select ‘Engine’ and the default translation method is ‘Standard’. How do I access additional Amazon Polly fields in a zap?
In my Zap History, the Issues column shows the total number of Issues that have occurred. It is also Yellow. After both filtering for active issues, and also looking through all runs and not finding any run that was not successful, it appears that Yellow indicates that there are no active issues. And the number shown indicates issues that were resolved.Is this correct? Or am I missing failures or warnings somehow? I do not remember this yellow color coding from a couple months ago - I think I recall that when I did get an email of an issue that the color coding was Red, but then cleared to Grey and showed 0 once I fixed the problem.Thanks,John

I have a question about zapping from an Instagram post to a LinkedIn post update (not a business page).It works as expected for an image, but when I post a video, the thumbnail is black. See the action and post on LinkdedIn below. Am I missing something? Any help appreciated.

Hello - I’m having trouble running a couple Zaps that integrate Shopify with Pardot. While the zaps have successfully run hundreds of times, I am also seeing dozens of errors because there is no ID value after a “Find or Create” action, and the subsequent “Update Prospect” action fails. A spot-check of Pardot indicates these are all existing Prospects. Has anyone encountered this issue?
Hello Zapier community, I am in a need of finding a solution to the following issue: 1st Issue: We are located in Germany and our customers need to be able to pay via SEPA Direct Debit, which Stripe offers, but the version of Stripe Thinkific uses does not allow it. The customers are only able to checkout with credit card. 2nd issue: We have 2 types of products on our platform. 1. Single courses, 2. Bundles, which consist of several single courses made into a “subscription-based” product.For Single courses the customer is able to pay with Stripe (only cc) and PayPal. I am trying to get the data from smartsheet to the Xero Bill. And when trying to select a field for a attachment in Xero bill, I cant find the column/data where the attachment is stored in smartsheet. Attachment in smartsheet is in the Attachment column with a paper clip icon. Is there a way to add attachment from smartsheet to Xero bill, using zapier? Thanks
Hi,The zap that I am trying to create has Cloud Firestore as a trigger. Once a new document is created in the Cloud Firestore it triggers the Zap. The collection is test and it has fields named name, address, and so on. I need to use these fields values in the action. The action is creating a customer in the Zoho Books using the fields received from the trigger. My doubt is how do I read the field and use it in the Zoho Books? I tried Fields Name String Value and it is considers Fields Name String Value as the customer name instead of the value in the Firestore field name which will be different.
