Trello and Any.do - importing Board Name
New User Hi - I’ve created my first Zap that creates a new Any.do task when new cards are created in Trello. This means that I can have tasks from multiple boards consolidated into my To Do list, making it easier to manage my time. I’d like to bring the Board Name through to the Any.do task so that I have better visibility of which project a task refers to in my Any.do list. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you
Automated Email Reminders to Send Links for Online Classes
Hello everyone, I’ve been brainstorming how to build up an efficient workflow for my company’s email notification system and struggling. We are currently running online workshops where kids meet in private groups to play Dungeons & Dragons. The groups meet 1-2x a week. An hour before every group starts, I have Zapier send an email with everyone’s character sheets (as a Google Doc link), a chatroom for rolling dice, and a Zoom room. I’ve been able to automate most of this process so Zapier can read the time, date, and Zoom location to paste into the email. Now though, I want to find a way to more efficiently link in each kid’s character sheet so I don’t have to paste every single kid’s name and every single character sheet by hand. My initial instinct was to set up a Google Sheet with names in one column and links in the other. I have created a jotform calculated quiz. I need to connect jotform to kajabi using zapier. My question is …. Is there a way to connect to different tags based on the score of the quiz? For example quiz results 10-20 - I need zApier to kick off tag 1 quiz results 21-30- I need zapier to kick off tag 2 quiz results 31-40- I need zapier to kick off tag 3 quiz results 41-50- I need zapier to kick off tag 4 I hope this makes sense, please ask questions for clarification if not. Google Apps Business Limitations
Hi, According to this article, Common Problems with Gmail, consumer gmail accounts no longer work with any unapproved apps which is really the majority of them. This is a bit of a disappointment considering one of the main reasons I signed up with zapier was for the integrations with Todoist. Has anyone found any workarounds to make this happen? I’m trying to create a task in Todoist when emails from a particular sender come in. I’m not opposed to signing up for a business account with google but it is a little strange as I don’t have a business and I’d have to create a domain name.
Creating a user on Azure Devops thorough Zapier
The requiremment is to create an user on devOps whenever a user is created on the zoho people. We are using add record as a trigger on zoho people but there is no option of creting a user in devOps. Please let me know if this is feasible or not Thanks in advance
Docusign - More than 1 contact and how to edit docs first
I want to be able to do two things: Add BOTH of my contacts as signers to the same document in Docusign. Looks like it only does one at a time? Can I edit the document before it’s sent? So far I can get it to send out a template, but I always need to make minor changes to the document before it’s sent.
New member in Mighty Network -> new/update lead
Hello, I'am trying to zap Mighty Network with Zoho CRM to upload the leads to Zoho CRM. To test Zoho CRM, you need to search for a lead (it'll search for e-mail) and if a lead doesn't exist, it'll create a new lead. I've done what's asked, input the token and linked all fields etc. However I get to “Send Data" step (test) and get an error message: Bargle. We hit an error searching for (or creating) a lead. Error parsing response. We got: "" I've Free Plan, now with 7 day Trial (with Premium Features). I don't know how to fix this, please help. Thank you!
Updating existing SFDC cases and Jira issues
I know that two-way syncing isn’t something that’s currently available, but is it possible to set up a zap where a field update on a Salesforce Case results in an update on an existing Jira Issue (and vice versa)? Or can zaps only be set up to create new Jira Issues/Salesforce Cases? Our use case is the need to be able to update the “Status” of a Jira Issue directly in Salesforce.
Connecting infusionsoft to wishlist member
I have created a zap when a person is tagged in Infusionsoft, they are created as a new member in Wishlist member on my Wordpress site. Pull Asana Comments
I’m wanting to take any new comments made in Asana (all projects, tasks, subtasks) and move them into a google sheet. Is that possible? Essentially based off of the “new comment” I would also need to move over the associated project name but getting the project name out of Asana is pretty easy.
Alert someone of a change on a google sheet only if value is less than 55%
Hi All, I have a Google Sheet that sends an alert if ANY of the ROW/COLS are changed or added. I send a Gmail alert to let a user know that there has been a change on Row(X). However I am trying to add a condition so that if the Zap is triggered only to send an email if that value changes below a threshold - here 55% When applying a conditional filter it is asking me for a specific col to watch, in this instance I need it to watch the whole sheet. Any ideas anyone? I’m on a Premium Starter Plan. Cheers everyone. Mik
Keap/Infusionsoft to Google Sheets
I’m doing a LookUp in a Column in a Google Sheet using a value field in Infusionsoft. When Zap finds the value I then have it input a value from another Infusionsoft field in another cell in that same row that the first value was found. When I run the Tests it works perfectly. When I turn the Zap on and Tag a contact in Infusionsoft to trigger the Zap it fails. It doesn’t find the original Infusionsoft field, but it starts looking for a different field name. Is this happening with anyone else? I have run this test and recreated the Zap several times with the same results.
Search for Text in List within a Path/Filter
I am looking for help with a workflow and I’m unsure if formatter, paths, filters, lookup tables or something else would work best. Here’s what I am trying to accomplish: Trigger: New Registrant in GoToWebinar Check to see if text exists in a dynamic Excel list (i.e. I’m searching for gmail.com, yahoo.com, text A, text B, text C, and so on; also not case-sensitive so that if someone types GMAIL all in capital letters for example it would still be found in the list) If text does exist, then no further workflow If text does not exist, then continue with other steps I found similar examples in this forum with lookup tables, but that seems to be exact match only, and with Formatter, but this same workflow will apply to ~30 zaps so it will be difficult to put all the possible search text in the step. I also cannot figure out if there is a way to put a search step within a path. Hope someone can help me!
Troubleshooting: Slack message time stamp not updating a date field in Airtable
I have a Zap set up to trigger several field updates in Airtable based on the content of a Slack Message in a specific Slack Channel. The Zap formats the message, separating the text to allow for a searchable Airtable record name and a trigger phrase that is used to route the zap to one of 3 contextual paths, each path updating specific fields in the the search for air-table record based on specific criteria of that path. In each of these paths the zap is meant to extract the timestamp from the posted slack message and format this into an Airtable local time format and to update a specific date field in Airtable with this information based on which path is triggered. Every time I manually test and retest this process for all 3 paths the date field data is isolated, formatted and updated correctly in appropriate Airtable record based on the slack message trigger. Conversely, once the zap is out of test mode and is enabled the date field data does not update in the Airtable record as
Automatic Charging in Stripe?
Hey, all! I have a Squarespace account with Scheduling built in, allowing me to set my available hours and clients to book sessions with me on their own. Part of my process is that I charge half of the total fee of my services up front to book a call and then charge the second half after calls are complete. The first half is automatically charged, but Squarespace doesn’t have a feature where it follows up to charge the final half of the fee once an event/session is over. SO—What I want to do is set up a Zap that looks something like: Trigger app: Google Calendar When this happens: Event Ends Search term: “Hour” (all of my paid sessions have the word “Hour” in them) Then do this: App: Stripe Charge customer associated with call for second half of fee One problem I see here is that, for whatever reason, Google Calendar doesn’t pull in the email address/name/anything associated with the person who booked the call through Squarespace. creating a zap, but zapier not pulling from gumroad sales
Hi, I’m setting up a new zap that will integrate my Gumroad account to Mailchimp. When I set it up, even though I have lots of sales in my Gumroad account, Zapier says it can’t find any sales and it fills in a dummy sale of “John Doe.” So then when I try to create the zap, I get the message that it can’t be created because it needs a real sale. So I just had a friend buy something from me on Gumroad, thinking that maybe the sale needed to be made right while I was creating the zap, but it still didn’t pull the current sale. I am logged in to Gumroad. Perhaps this is something that can’t be done in the 14 day trial period? Thanks for your help.
