Hi, I currently am receiving leads from my wix website and forwarding the leads manually to one sales person at a time in a sort of round robin fashion. As the leads increase it is becoming overwhelming. I a curious if there is a way to have the emails automatically redirected to a list of emails using zapier. (A few specifics about the way my site is set up: (1) I am creating new forms all the time, but all forms come to the same inbox, which is why I think that having them redistributed from the email stage is the best option. (2) It would be great if there is a way to edit the email list based on which sales people are there that day etc.) Thank you!
We are trying to complete an automation using Constant Contact that will Find or Create and then Update a contact in Constant Contact. However Constant Contact will not even complete a test on a Find Step and will not create a duplicate contact or will it allow us to update a contact that we know is in Constant Contact. When we do get an error we are getting a "Problem creating Sample Error" "While requesting "dev\_method" from Constant Contact we ran into an error: The app returned "No matching resource was found for the supplied URL."." Not sure what is going on because this is a critical part of the automation as we want to add either new or existing “Contacts” to specific lists and are not sure if these contacts are new or just need to be updated.
Hello, I already solved the problem to avoid loops with a Zap by adding a certain value within the last step of a Zap (I added a filter that looks for this value, if it exists it would stop running the Zap). It is described here: But now I do have an “advanced” version of this problem. I have to connect two apps (Zoho CRM and a invoicing tool) and I need to sync all contact/address updates from Zoho CRM to the invoicing tool. The workflow looks like this at the moment: 01-Updated contact in Zoho CRM (Trigger) → 02-Find contact in Invoicing Tool → 03-Update contact in Invoicing Tool → 04-Update contact in Zoho CRM again (it adds some contact information back from the invoicing tool to certain fields in Zoho CRM to be sure/compare all address fields have been updated correct in the invoiceing tool) → Stop ZapThe big problem is that Step 04 would re-trigger the complete Zap and it would end in a loop by starting with step 01 etc. So I was looking for a method to add a certain value like
I have a client who wants to have Outlook send email content when an email is received to her database. I think one way to do that would be to hook Zapier into Outlook (I don’t know how to do this part yet) and have Outlook (via Web hook?) send the email data to the REST service. From the REST service, I can write to the database myself.Gmail would be the next integration. Assuming it would work the same way with Zapier?Is Zapier a good solution for these situations?I don’t know how to setup web hooks in Outlook, but the REST part and the database part I can do with no problems.Thanks in advance!
Hello, I’ve build an automation a few months ago which worked just fine. This morning I started getting error messages: What seems to be causing the error is a file, which I create as a doc. When I try to do anything with the PDF version, I get an error. Anyone know's a fix?
Hi! I have a zap created a long time ago that has always worked. I put some excel files in a Drive folder and I send them by SMTP. The name of this file is the same as the address of the recipient (firstname.lastname@example.org). With SMTP by ZAPIER (but also with Gmail) I send an email to the recipient's address (email@example.com) with the file with the same name attached (firstname.lastname@example.org). The zap has always worked. Today it doesn't work and it gives me this error: “The app returned "Error 400 (Bad Request)!!1". After I did some tests I realized that the problem is the attachment. Without attachment it gives no error. What do you think I need to change or check?
I have a formula which checks the numbers form Column C PRICE to see what range the number is in and puts the corresponding number Column M PRICE RANGE ID which works great as long as I want to copy to each row. I wanted to create and array so it automatically uses the formula when a row is added however my array never works correctly it only uses the number based on the first row Column C2. My array is in the Column Header. I did try populating the row in my Zap with just the normal formula and it didnt work. Hi, I’m trying to connect a Google Spreadsheet with an Invoicing software (Fattura24) through Zapier. I want to trigger the creation of new invoice Documents, passing from the spreadsheet the new payments data (that have been previously triggered by Stripe). The problem is that Fattura 24 requires the “Total Amount” to be use floating points for decimals, but 1) I don’t know how to translate the decimals to floating point, 2) the amount is triggered by a payment into Stripe so the number is created outside Zapier. Hi all,I would like to create a zap that selectively allows me to add emails I receive in my Outlook to my Mailchimp. I’d also like to tag them a certain way, if possible. Example would be say I just received 10 emails. 7 of them I don’t want to do anything with. However, of the remaining 3 I would like to add the senders to my Mailchimp and maybe with different tags. 1 could be a client tag, another a friend tag and another a newsletter tag. Any suggestions?

I thought I set everything up correct but my new leads from Zillow are not being transfer to Trello, I did the steps are shown on Zapier and even did a test on Zapier and a sample card was produced on my Trello board but my Zillow leads are not coming though. I have tried to implement this with Teachable for one European country but it fails miserably and i need to redesign the course payment page and options for a B2B particularly small companies way. I am looking for a combination of apps and zaps that could give me this specific outcome. OUTCOME: A small company wants to buy one or multiple courses for their affiliates on my teachable school/and or my CLICK FUNNEL. The school needs to have all this perks : it needs to receive a receipts with the school VAT number, name and address for the total amount paid and for each or the courses bought. ---→ this is currently not easy or not possible in Teachable Europe as the combine together the buyer and the course attendee into one single persona. I am having a problem getting the Monday.com boards to populate. I have connected Acuity scheduling to Moday.com and used my API key. But only one column is populating when a new item is created from the trigger. I have paired the Monday column values with the Acuity information I want to populate. Has anyone else struggled with Zapier and clickfunnels? I’ve sent up two different Zaps for two different funnels and one of the Zaps has been extracted data from the other funnel even though it hadn’t be set up to that funnel. Hey, I have set up a zap for the migration of Mailchimp contact form subscribers detail to monday.com.I chose this instant trigger that works well while testing it -But after I published and turned on the zap it doesn’t seem to run.
