Need detailed information on RSS feed filtering and bundling to create new custom RSS feeds.What are the specific filtering options (e.g., categories include “keyword”; include image; etc.)? What limitations (e.g., number of source feeds; number of posts/(time interval); etc.)? What are the Zapier fees and how are they determined (e.g., have 40 sets of 40 source feeds (1600 total) with average of 40 posts/feed/month to filter into 40 sets of 6 output bundled feeds, i.e., 240 combined/bundled filtered output feeds:  RSS sources in each set are filtered according to 6 item category terms and bundled into corresponding 6 RSS category feeds for each set) Feeds updated on time schedule (e.g., 2 times per day) or feeds updated when new item posted.Thanks.  Didn’t find this info in online help.

We have a ZAP that imports invoices from Stripe into Xero. However, our client uses multiple currencies, but when the ZAP imports the stripe invoice into Xero, the currency is defaulted to GBP, how can we resolve this please.# thank you

Hi there,I’m trying to create a Zap that would mean all incoming emails in Gmail are labelled with a predetermined label if the email sender is saved in a specific contact group in Google Contacts.I’ve tried a few different ways of doing this as I can’t seem to find a filter that does the job, but haven’t had any success just yet - any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Feature Request: Add description to steps

We all know that we can edit the Name of a Zap step, but it sure would be nice to be able to add a custom description too. I have a few Zaps that I have to pause on to work on other things, it’d be great to be able to add notes so when I come back I can see where I left off.Another use would be to describe what I was doing in the step… for future reference.

How to update Google Sheets when contact opens/responds to HubSpot email (New Activity)?

I’m trying to connect my Hubspot to Google Sheets. What I’m trying to have happen is:Sales email is sent to contact in Hubspot (individual emails, not mass marketing emails) Google Sheet creates new row with contact infoI’d also like to create another zap that:When the contact opens the sales email (this is updated under Activity in Hubspot) or responds, then Google Sheet has individual cells updatedI’m having trouble finding which trigger in Hubspot is the right one. When I pick email event, it says it can’t find anything even though we send 5-10 emails per day, so I believe it’s trying to pull the marketing email data, not the sales email.I’d appreciate any thoughts and tips you have!

pdfFiller to Podio Zap “Unable to complete request” Error

I need help and guidance. I have a ZAP set up that connects PDFfiller to Podio. The zap has been working perfectly for months. When a form is filled on PDFfiller, the information is sent directly to Podio. However, the ZAP stopped working.  I get an error message when testing the PDFfiller trigger. I get the following message:“While requesting "dev_method" from pdfFiller we ran into an error: The app returned "Unable to complete request, please confirm that the operation has completed or try again later".” I tested Zapier’s PDFfiller and Podio connection and reconnected them incase.  However the problem persists. HELP!

Hi Zapier team,“New Reaction Added in Slack” trigger works fine in a channel (if not in a thread in the channel).However, the trigger returns wrong data when an emoji is added to a message in a thread. The trigger returns random wrong data. Most of the time, it returns the data of most recent message in the channel.Could you please take a look at the problem? I love Zapier. Thank you.

Emoji Reacts in threads

Hi folks, I’m trying to use emoji reacts as a trigger for a zap. It works in all scenarios, except for one where I need it to trigger on reacji’s on messages within a thread. When I test it, it works but in action it returns the last message in the channel (not the message in the thread with the emoji reaction). Is this a limitation to the trigger?

We’ve created a custom customer field in Shopify, and are trying to pass this information to ActiveCampaign (our CRM) but the custom field is not appearing in the data dropdown list for the available Shopify fields.Does anyone know the solution? Do custom fields automatically populate in the data dropdown list in Zapier, or are they not natively supported?

How do you use the zapier app to automate new Trello cards as calendar events in Google Calendar? Every time I try to do this I have the option to select old Trello Cards in the dropdown menu in Zapier. The app is automating old tasks and the same task not new ones.  Please help.

Ecwid data total showing as list item instead of adding

I am using zapier to collect online store data from Ecwid and create a shipping label through Shippo. When the data is collected from Ecwid on an order with multiple items, instead of adding the weight of the items and the total sale amounts of the items together, it keeps them separate creating a large weight and subtotal. (Example: Items are $40, $50, and $300. The data shows as 40,50,300 rather than the correct subtotal of $410). This creates an error in my zap on larger order because it shows the subtotal as having more than 12 digits.

Dear community Situation:Google Sheet with column “Last foil used” contains dates and is the sender cell.Google Sheet column SS ID contains all the RowID that need to be adressed in smartsheet.smartsheet with column “Start date” is the receiver cell. What I want Zapier to do:Whenever google Sheet is updated in the “last foil used” column the value shall be pushed to the respective Start date in the smartsheet row (SS ID).Where I struggle:I was able to set up the Zapier.
