Hi There.
I successfully tested being able to create a Fresdesk ticket from Formstack - the field mapping is easy enough - but I could not seem to find a way to include a file attachments (that the user submits on the Formstack form) to come through - there was no mapping or apparent capability.
In short, the file attachments from the Formstack form need to be included in the Freshdesk ticket.
