Mollie's API doesn't provide the customer's email in chargeback data, but you can retrieve it using the payment ID. Set up a Zap that triggers a "New Payment Chargeback, finds the payment details using the payment ID, and then adds the email to a Brevo list. This only works if customer emails are stored in Mollie; otherwise, you may need to track emails and payment IDs in another system.
