IMAP for Outlook

Hi Dears, 

The Automation Ideal ( send Welcome Email) from Facebook lead through the Outlook 

 

The problem 

I have Email domain which it’s not Microsofot so i can’t access the domain from Outlook in Zapier. 

Any Ideas to access the outlook with Email domain not Microsoft domain

Hi Mr. Troy 

Thanks for your answer but i need more illustration as lost in IMAP material 

I have read the IMAP instruction … what i need is to send EMAIL from the outlook app as action after triggering the Facebook new lead 

 

so please provide me more illustration how IMAP will be integrated in this app to make this action properly

You’d need to use the SMTP to send the email.

Kindly note that i have checked the data which required for SMTP with the server experts more than time 

but that what i have got in each trial i need to connect 

 

so Any advice

I have opened this link and request Something else from .. What would you like more information about?

but I don’t know how get the answer on the question .. any advise if there is different steps to raise ticket 

 

I need reply to this issue urgently as the my customer is frustrated now
