I want to integrate my qr code that leads to my website to Follow Up Boss. My website has an automation that when people go in and sign in / fill up the form they will be added as a lead in Follow Up Boss with the source "Luxury Presence". So my goal is to identify those who go in the website through scanning my qr code maybe add a tag or change the source to "QR Code" if the lead came in the website via qr code.
Can someone help with this?

You have to create a UTM source tag in QR Code link which you can capture in your Forms through hidden field. After you have the UTM source in the form field, you can send that to Follow Up Boss using Zapier. The exact workflow depends on the Form tool you use.
Here are all the triggers/ actions in Follow Up Boss in Zapier- https://zapier.com/apps/follow-up-boss/integrations. Create or Update Contact without triggering action plan action can be useful for creating a lead.
