    You mentioned “every time a lead gets created”, what trigger app are you going to use for your Zap?

    Hi @State Upgrades 

    These are the available triggers in Salesforce:

    In your case, I suggest you select the New Record trigger in Salesforce.

    I need to send the record from Salesforce to slack. Zapier can not do that apparently.
