Help! I Forgot the Email Used for My Zapier Trial — Zaps Still Running!

Hi folks, I need urgent help 
I created a Zapier trial account yesterday and set up some Zaps that are now running continuously. The problem is — I forgot which email ID I used to sign up 

These Zaps are still active, and I need to stop them ASAP. I don’t have access to the account dashboard now.

What I’ve tried:

  • Checked my usual emails for Zapier mails (no luck so far)

  • Tried browser history (couldn't find active session)

  • Tried password reset on known emails

Is there any way to:

  • Get support from Zapier to identify or pause the account?

  • Contact Zapier directly without the email?

Any advice is appreciated — it’s urgent!

That said, did you use a Google account to sign up? If so, that might explain why the password reset didn’t work. 

To stop the Zaps from running, I’d suggest changing your account passwords for any apps used in the Zaps. That should help to prevent the Zaps from running and trigger an email notification to the email address associated with your account. Try searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case it gets misplaced.
