Hubspot to Outlook Zap Error

I’ve recently set up a Zap where where a contact is recently created or updated in Hubspot, the contact is updated in Microsoft outlook. 

The Zap keeps showing the following errors:

“Unable to update the specified contact: The send or update operation could not be performed because the change key passed in the request does not match the current change key for the item.”

or (in my team mates case  (its a shared zap)):

Unable to update the specified contact: The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.".


Does anyone know of a way i can fix this?

It looks like Paul in Support is looking into this error you’re encountering. I will let them continue to dig deeper as it seems they are running stopped tasks to help troubleshoot.
