Hubspot Lists/Segments using v1 API

Hi there,

we are using Zapier to add entries to a Hubspot static list. When I perform this in the editor, I can pick a list by name and see the ID underneath. This ID is the legacylistID which is the v1 Api from Hubspot. According to Hubspot this is being retired at the end of this month.

Is there a way to switch to using the Hubspot v3 API?

Hi there @FA_External 👋

I can see you also contacted our Support team and they've added you to a bug report for an issue where some actions were still referencing v1 of the HubSpot app's API. We can't provide an ETA on when those will be switched over to v3 but we'll notify you by email as soon as they are.

In the meantime, if you give the HubSpot actions Troy suggested a try and run into any issues, just let us know. Want to make sure you're all set! 🙂

Thanks for the updates.

Given the API is being switched off at the end of April I suspect that there may be other people who will be shouting once things stop working, so will just sit tight and see what happens in May.

Thanks for the responses.

Ian

You’re most welcome @FA_External! 🤗 I checked on the bug report and can see the developers of the HubSpot app are actively working on this, so hopefully we’ll have some good news to share soon. Will keep you posted!
