Hi there,
I am looking to have Zapier lookup a user’s assigned assets in Reftab (asset manager), when a BambooHR offboarding task is ran. Is this possible?
There aren’t obvious trigger events for these actions in Zapier that I can see.

There does not appear to be an available Reftab action to “find”.
You’d have to explore using the Reftab API: https://www.reftab.com/api-docs/

Just came across your post here and wanted to check how you got on with Troy’s suggestion—were you able to reference the Reftab app’s API in Webhooks action to find the relevant user’s assets? Or did you reach out to a Zapier Expert to get it sorted?
In any case, I’d also suggest reaching out to our Support team here to put in a feature request for a “Find Associated Assets” sort of action to be added. That’ll help to flag the need for that sort of functionality with the developers of the Reftab app.
