Very new to Zapier. I'm trying to send across customer data from woo commerce to Lead connector. All of the text data is transferring fine. Im having trouble with a single drop-down menu where customers select an option. How do i use formatter so that only the option they select is passed over to lead connector?

Hi
With dropdown menu fields where a value is being passed from a previous field you’ll need to use the custom value option. You can learn more about that here: Add custom values to dropdown menu fields in Zaps. With that, you’ll likely need to supply the ID number for the option itself rather than it’s name.
And in cases like that a Formatter (Utilities > Lookup Table) action will be needed to convert the selected option name that WooCommerce supplies into the relevant option ID number that LeadConnector is expecting to receive.
