Hi!

I’m researching a way to automate email replys with zapier and i have a question about it:

 

My workflow should be: 

Gmail to ChatGPT to Gmail Draft - this should be easy, but in some cases i need to get Data about the Project / Ticket the E-Mail is about. You know if its possible to connect a Database (like Airtable with chatgpt), so when a customer ask for his ticket Chatgpt can pick it up to give the newest information in the draft?

Good question.

You would need to parse the emails for the desired data points, then you can use those data points in other Zap steps.
