How to use Airtable to pass data to ChatGPT for automated email replies?

Hi!I’m researching a way to automate email replys with zapier and i have a question about it: My workflow should be: Gmail to ChatGPT to Gmail Draft - this should be easy, but in some cases i need to get Data about the Project / Ticket the E-Mail is about. You know if its possible to connect a Database (like Airtable with chatgpt), so when a customer ask for his ticket Chatgpt can pick it up to give the newest information in the draft? Thanks in advance!
