How to upload Google Forms attachments or from Google Sheets to a HubSpot contact?

Hi guys, 

our applicants upload their CV through a Google Form, which is in turn saved in a Google Sheet.

I would like to know how to automatically upload this file into their Hubspot contact?

Can you assist me please?

Here is how I see the Zap for the workflow that you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Google Sheets - New Spreadsheet Row
  2. Action: HubSpot - Create or Update Contact

the field for Hubspot Attachments is not mapped out in Zapier, so there is no way for me to upload the contacts’ FILES. 

Maybe I am overlooking something?

You’re right, uploading files to HubSpot contact is not possible at the moment. However, we do have an open feature request for this exact functionality.

I have added you as another interested member to that feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
