Is anyone able to give me instructions on how to upload new files arriving in Dropbox to Radio.co. I’ve spent hours trying to achieve this without success. I suspect that where I am going wrong is the ‘URL link’ I am providing. Thank you in anticipation.

It sounds like you're trying to create a Zap that uploads new audio files from Dropbox to your Radio.co account. You're likely correct that the problem is with the file URL, since Radio.co typically needs a publicly accessible direct download link.

 

Here is what you should consider in regards to the URL link, is it:

  • Publicly accessible: it cannot require a login to access it.
  • Downloadable: the app you’re sending it to must be able to upload it to their server.

You can test your URL link by opening it in a private or incognito browser window. If it prompts you to download a file, the link can be used. If it prompts you to log in to an app, loads directly in the web browser instead of downloading, or results in an error code, the link cannot be used.
