How to update Shopify tags with Typeform?

I just want to add a tag to the orders with issues, using typeform as a ticketing system generator. But it says error 406, the order ID exist.

Hi @Hey_sempai 

Things to check:

  • Shopify Orders have internal and external IDs
    • You need to use the Internal ID

      • Try using without the leading: #

    • You may be trying to use the External ID

How are things progressing on this? Was it an External ID for the Shopify order that was causing the error as Troy suspected?
