How to Update Google Sheets Row When a Booking is Updated in Bokún?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently creating a Google Sheet to manage my financial records.

Every time a new booking is created in Bokun, a new row is added to the Google Sheet with the details of that booking.

Now, I want to set up a Zap that updates the corresponding row in Google Sheets whenever a booking is updated in Bokun.

Does anyone have any advice or examples of how to achieve this? Specifically, how can I ensure the rows in Google Sheets match the updated bookings from Bokun?

Thanks in advance for your help!

The Row field expects the GSheet Row/ID rather than the Booking ID.

Hi @Bruno.Ilha

For us to have more info about the Zap Step 3 error, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

You’ll want to log the Booking ID as a column to use to find/update a row.

@Bruno.Ilha

The information @Troy Tessalone has asked for will help us to help you.

The error message is usually generated from perfroming a “.split()” function on a string. Are you tring to edit strings within the data input? if SO you would be better to use Zapier formatter functios or a code block to format data before using it as an input to your google sheet.

A screenshot of the test Record from the output of your trigger would be useful here also. Rember to cover or blur any personal data.

I’ll be looking for your reply

I hope this print helps, I am a bit of newbee to Zapier.

As I mentioned before I managed to make a 2 steps zap that create a new row on the google sheet when a Booking is created on Bokun.

This is good, but because clients requests changes quite often it is hard to keep my spreadsheet updated.

So now I am trying to create another zap, that will update the Google sheet when a change happens on a reservation in Bokun.

If I can help you anyhow please let me know.

All the best
