How to update/export old messages to reveal the relevant up to date reaction counter in a particular channel?

So I have been trying to export my carl-bot pinboard for a while and Zapier seems like the tool to do it with. I have managed to get everything working with the trigger being a new message to channel and it creates a new column but now I have realized two things: How can I export old messages that aren’t new? How can I update the export of old messages so it reveals the relevant up to date reaction counter?

Here is what the export data looks like (to a google sheet)

It generally looks like this so the rating (number) after star will be auto edited by carl bot so that could be used as a trigger for each message (unless off course Zapier automatically redos the zap when a message is edited but obviously that isn’t the case as the output continuous to be be 5 even though someone has recently upvoted to make it 6)
