I have an email that comes into Zapier from Corebridge.  It has the status of the deal on it and its an alpha status.Ex:  IN PRODUCTION.  So I go into Hubspot to Update the status but Hubspot returns the deal Status  ID.  EX:  1234567.  Since I cannot compare IN PRODUCTION TO 1234567 how do I have Hubspot return the Alpha of 1234567 or in this case IN PRODUCTION.  Can someone please help me with this.  I’m a newbie so I’m not sure how to go about it.

Hi there @PaulaKern👋

I’d suggest setting up a lookup table for this. A lookup table can be used to convert values—like the deal status name from the email into the corresponding status ID that HubSpot is expecting. You can learn more about how to set up lookup tables here: Create lookup tables in Zaps.

Hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction. If you run into any issues on that or have further questions at all, just let me know! 🙂

Thank you so much for the reply.  I will let you know how it goes.

Best Regards,

Paula Kern
