Hello, i’m trying to trigger certain actions in Zapier whenever I receive 5 support tickets within a certain timeframe in Zendesk. What solution would you suggest to apply?

We would need more context about the “timeframe” logic and what you are trying to do in the Zap.
To give you a better context, i’m trying to trigger a Slack channel communication whenever ticket volumes in Zendesk hit a specific number.
Let’s say i want to notify a Slack channel when i receive 20 new support tickets in the last 60 minutes in Zendesk.
How would you do it?
