  • How to trigger a Zap from Apollo to add contacts to monday.com leads obard when status changes?

Hello- Is it possible to create a zap when a contact status changes to Approaching or Replied so that it triggers a zap to add that contact to our Monday Leads Board? I see this is a capability with the hubspot integration but I don’t see an option for a zap set-up between Apollo & Monday. THanks!

 Give these Zap steps a try:

  1. Trigger: Apollo - Contact Updated
  2. Action: Filter
  3. Action: Monday - Get Item by Column Value
  4. Action: Filter
    1. Only continue if: found = false
      1. Means no existing Monday Item exists
  5. Action: Monday - Create Item

Thank you! I was able to achieve it with the filter of the apollo stage change to something specific ‘replied’ to trigger a new item in MOnday!
