I'm trying to set up a workflow where my RingCentral calls are automatically transcribed and the transcribed text is then sent to my CRM using Zapier. Right now, the only thing I can get from RingCentral is a link to the call recording, but I need the actual transcription text, not just the audio link.
Has anyone successfully set this up? Do I need a third-party transcription tool in between? If so, which one integrates smoothly with Zapier and RingCentral?
Any help or step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated!
