How to setup a zap to automatically update shipping data in WooCommerce?

Hello,

Let me try to explain my situation.

I work with several suppliers and receive track and trace codes from each supplier via email. I want to automate all this, so i already get the track en trace codes via Zapier email parser from the mail. But then i got stuck. I want to add them automatically to the orders using the official woocommerce plugin shipment-tracking. But the problem is that these meta fields do not appear in zapier, so I cannot update them. Can someone help me with this or is there another way?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for sharing screenshots @nitrrr

You should be able to add meta data by making a custom webhook call to WooCommerce API (https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#update-an-order)

To learn how to use Webhooks by Zapier, visit here https://zapier.com/page/webhooks/

NOTE - I will suggest you to hire an expert to build this for you. You can hire from expert directory here (or you can hire me also)

Hello @jayeshkumarbhatia

Thanks for your time!

Here is a link to the documentation of the plugin and the meta fields:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/shipment-tracking/#section-4

In WooCommerce it looks likes this:

@nitrrr  You should be able to update tracking details with below action. There will be an input field to add Shipment tracking.

Hello @jayeshkumarbhatia ,

That's exactly what I thought, only the field(s) don't seem to be there. I have tried several fields, but nothing works so far.
