How can I set up a zap so when someone fills out a typeform survey, their info goes into hubspot and a slack alert is sent to the sales team?

Here are the links for Typeform, Hubspot and Slack integrations in Zapier where you can see all the triggers/ actions-

You workflow will look something like this-

  • Typeform New Entry Trigger
  • Create/ Update Contact action in Hubspot
  • Send Direct Message/ Send Channel Message action in Slack

This is a sample workflow and exact steps on depends on the complexity as workflows are personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!

How do I set which typeform answers go into hubspot and what shows up in the slack message??

If you only want to send selected entries to Hubspot or Slack, a Filter action in Zapier will be helpful. Here is a helpful article about Filter in Zapier- https://zapier.com/blog/filter-by-zapier-guide/. Hope it helps!
