I have created a table of a list on 200 emails.
What I need:
- send emails to 4 people per day. and other 4 on next day and so on..
- the emails must be stopped if all 200 emails are sent.

More requirements would need to be defined such as:
- When to send the emails each day?
- Send the emails all at once or spaced out?
- If spaced out, then what is that logic?
- Which email app will be used to send the emails?
- What app has the emails stored? (e.g. GSheets, Excel, Airtable, Zapier Tables, etc.)
- How are the emails organized in the spreadsheet/table? (screenshot)
