Situation: I want to send certain sales followups (like ringless voicemail, texts, ai videos, etc) to leads as they come in. BUT I don’t want them to receive certain things at like 11pm on a saturday that looks like its coming directly from our sales rep. 

Current solution: So I set up the below zap flow to create paths for send immediately, wait til morning, or wait til Monday morning depending on when the zap occurs. 

Question for you all: This is pretty complex. takes a decent amount of set up on each individual zap that needs such a thing. Am I over complicating it? is there a workflow that accomplish this more simply?
