Please help me with this scenario.

I have lead campaign running on fb and google as well. i want to update the google sheet whenever i'm getting leads on Ads. and i want to send this updated sheet daily to my client at 10 A.M through mail.  i tried with lots methods but i can't able to find the solution. could you please help me with the steps ??

Hi @Amrish, hope you’re doing well!

For the Facebook to Google Sheet part, I suggest using this template: https://zapier.com/apps/facebook-lead-ads/integrations/google-sheets/10179/add-new-facebook-lead-ads-leads-to-rows-on-google-sheets

For the daily emails with the copy of the google sheet, I suggest making a separate Zap with the following steps:

  1. Trigger: Schedule by Zapier Every Day: https://zapier.com/apps/schedule/integrations#triggers-and-actions
  2. Action: Google Drive Find a File: https://zapier.com/apps/google-drive/integrations#triggers-and-actions
  3. Action: Gmail Send Email: https://zapier.com/apps/gmail/integrations#triggers-and-actions


The idea is that the Schedule trigger is set to trigger at 10am. The Google Drive action would pull the Google sheet with the latest data which then would be attached to the email being sent through Gmail.
