How to send details to Employment Hero when candidate status is updated in Teamtailor, then email the group?

The Teamtailor app has a Candidate Event trigger that you could use that to run a Zap whenever a candidate is moved to a different stage (assuming they move stages when their profile status is updated). On the next part, the Employment Hero Payroll Software app only appears to have triggers not actions. So I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team to put in a feature request for the ability to add candidates into Employment Hero. 

I looked at the Employment Hero API and I couldn’t see any endpoint that looked like it would add a candidate. They seem to have a separate ATS API but that seems to be read-only and limited to pulling job listings for embedding on external websites rather than adding candidate details. So at the moment it looks like this part of the workflow wouldn't be possible right now. That said, if the idea with this workflow is to add the candidate as an employee, you could potentially use the Webhooks by Zapier app to make a request to their Quick Add An Employee API endpoint to add them as a new employee.

And for the last part of the workflow, you could use a "Send Email" type of action for one of the supported Email apps to send out a notification when the candidate’s status changes.

This should be possible if you can capture the status change from Teamtailor and pass the candidate data to Employment Hero.

I'd typically structure it as:
1. Trigger: Candidate reaches the specified status in Teamtailor
2. Action: Create/update the employee record in Employment Hero
3. Action: Send the confirmation email to the relevant team

The main thing I'd verify is whether Employment Hero exposes the fields you need through Zapier or a webhook.
