Hi, i started using Facebook Conversion and i noticed that the information that i get from Patreon aren’t enough to Facebook for accurate calculation. In particular, i need:
IP Address
User Agent
Browser ID
Click ID

The issue is that Patreon doesn’t let you get those in any way. So my question is:
Is there a way to get those? Maybe using a third-party website that is supported by Zapier so i can send the information here and then to Facebook?

My idea would be:
Link → third-party website (send information to Zapier) → my Patreon (send purchase or other event to Zapier) → Zapier sends everything to Facebook

Tracking user data like IP Address, User Agent, and Click ID involves privacy considerations and compliance with laws like GDPR. Patreon doesn’t provide this data, but analytics tools or link-tracking services integrated with Zapier can capture some details when users click a link. However, due to privacy restrictions, not all data may be accessible. Once collected, Zapier can send the data to Facebook Conversions API for tracking.

Are you able to tell me the name of any tools or link-tracking that allow me to do that? Or maybe the one you prefer or something similar. I will then try to set up a Zap with it.

Tools like Bitly and Rebrandly offer different features for link tracking. Bitly is simple and easy to use, Rebrandly provides branding and detailed analytics. You can use Zapier to automate link creation and tracking, such as generating tracked links for new blog posts.
