How to send all contact form requests to an app

Brand new to Zapier. Could somebody help point me in the right direction or let me know if it’s even possible?

I have a website with Squarespace and I get a lot of contact form requests. At the moment the contact form goes directly to our emails but they get bogged down and missed sometimes.
I was wondering if there was a way to send all contact form requests to an app or something? Or just a better way of doing what I’m doing!

Zapier does have an an integration with SquareSpace for New Form Submissions.

I would advise reading their how to get started docs here: https://zapier.com/apps/squarespace/help 

As far as where you want to send these form submissions, there are a lot of things that are possible. You could simply send them to a Google Sheet or to a crm like Hubspot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, etc..
