I have a zap set up to send an SMS when someone schedules and event on Calendly. I want to be able to see the event date and time in the text message in a format I recognize.
When it comes through its a long string of numbers like 2025-08-29T 22:00:00:00:000000Z. So I put in a step with the Formatter to reformat the text, which it does.
But then I can’t figure out how to send that new reformatted date in the text message alert. The zap is telling me that I need to add an action, but I can’t figure out where to do so. I feel like I’m missing something simple and critical. I’ve watched some videos and read about the formatter, but haven’t found any information on what to do with that new formatted information once its reconfigured. Please help, thank you!
