I need to build a Zapier flow to save submissions from Formstack to a custom entity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. Is it possible? Is there any documentation I can reference? thanks!

Hi @North

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Formstack - New Form Submission
  2. Action: Dynamics - Create Custom Entity
