Hi! What if you do not have the file ID field option? My field name is called “Certificates” in the Airtable base, however when I look under Find Record options in Zapier, it does not show.

Hope you don’t mind but we’ve moved your question out from that old topic into a new one so we can address it separately.
I did a quick test in an Airtable by adding an Attachments type of field called Certificates and that then supplied a field called Fields Certificates ID which contained the ID for the existing file:
So you’d want to select that Fields Certificates ID field along with the relevant File field like so:
