How to resolve failed payment issues with Zapier when you don't have an account

Received Failed Payment email from Zapier. I have not had an account in over a month. It keeps telling me to log in but I don’t have an account. It says it will keep trying to collect payment within 72 hours. I cannot log in to speak with a person because I do not have an account. How do I fix this?

You can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

For us to have more context, post screenshots showing the email you are referring to. (from name, from email, subject, body)

I’m so sorry to hear that you received a Failed Payment email from us despite not having a Zapier account any longer. I’ve not seen any similar reports of this, I wonder if it might be a phishing email 🤔

But as Troy said, definitely reach out to our Support team about this as they’ll be able to investigate what’s happened. If you click on the Continue without logging in option here you’ll be able to contact them without logging into a Zapier account.
