How to repost your Instagram content from a link

The Instagram for Business New Media Posted in my Account trigger returns the permalink of the post. Would that work on your desired workflow?

I’m looking to be able to post a link of a youtube or IG short, and it repost it with the caption, and the video.

Unfortunately, the Instagram for Business “New Media Posted in my Account” does not support Instagram Reels. However, we do have an existing feature request for that exact functionality. Please let me know if you’d like to get added to that.

I use it for reels all the time, routing reels to my other platforms, but if you can help me with my zap that would be great. 
 

im just trying to have a zap that takes the video and caption of a link and can post it.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the action steps that shows all of its fields.
