If you did, would you be up for sharing what the solution was? This would be super helpful for folks that might come across this in the future, wanting to achieve the same thing! 

And if not, I’d be happy to lend a hand. I checked here and from the video it looks like it’s a Receive button that then creates the multiple receipts. So I expect using an Update Record action to set the status of the inbound shipment to “Received” won’t work unless that button’s action script can be triggered if the status is changed. If it can, then great! But if it can’t, then your best bet would likely be to use a Find Records (NetSuite) action to locate the related purchase orders, loop through each of them (using Looping by Zapier) and use a Create Record action within the loop to create receipts for each of the relevant purchase orders.
