I have a Zap made by a previous team member who has left the company so the zap is under her name and “needs to be shared with you before you can use it” I already read through the article to learn more about getting access to a private connection and I can’t even find it under the App page.

 

I want to update the Zap, but I don’t have access. I wanted to make a new zap with the updated Klaviyo Integration but I don’t know what the set up is in each step so I can’t recreate it.

 

What do I do?

If you use an Admin account for the Zapier account, then you should be able to see the Zap and all account connections.

 

You can try duplicating the Zap then changing the Zap step app connection.
