Hello

I received notices that I needed to update my payment method because the expiry date had changed.  Unfortunately I was out of the country and didn’t get to it in time and now I need to reconnect my account but I don’t know how.  Can you help me please

How do I update my payment methods.  I use zap for facebook, Lofty and Google

To update your payment method in Zapier, log in, go to the account menu, and select "Billing & Usage." You can update your credit card or PayPal details and save the changes from there. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's updated. If you run into any issues, Zapier Support can assist you through the Help section.
