How to pull Ads activity information from HubSpot to Slack using Zapier

Dear Zapier people, I've got an issue I'd be relieved to solve - thanks to you: in the context of a Google Ads campaign, I'm trying to hook this 'Ads activity' section informations mentioned on a contact file (sorry it's in French) as such as the GAds campaign name, the keywords, etc. and make them appear on a Slack message.

Since I can't find a way to get these informations on my Zap, I'm struggling to achieve my Zap.

Any help would be more than appreciated!

Thanks a lot

Hi @pierremousnier,

Welcome to the Community.

Zapier doesn't directly pull Google Ads campaign details, but you can use Google Sheets as a bridge. Import the campaign data into a sheet, set up a Zap to trigger when a new row is added, and send the details to a Slack channel. Consider a third-party tool to extract Google Ads data into a supported app for full automation.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions or need further assistance setting this up, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for your reply @JammerS

I forgot to mention the information on the screenshot above are coming from HubSpot, in the contact timeline. I’m very surprised we can’t isolate this item - called eventAdInteraction - and push it to Zapier.

Any additional clue to share?

Hi @pierremousnier,

Triggering a Zap from the 'eventAdInteraction' event in HubSpot may be limited. Possible workarounds include using HubSpot workflows to trigger an action that starts a Zap, setting up webhooks for specific timeline events, or creating a Zap that regularly checks for updates and filters for the event.
