The final steps of my automation is for emails (via outlook) to be sent to the users. These emails, however, always land in junk. 

Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

To improve email deliverability and avoid landing in spam, review your email content for spam-triggering keywords or formatting, verify your custom domain with SPF and DKIM records, and ask recipients to add you to their safe senders list. Avoid large attachments using cloud storage links, and use tools like Mail-Tester to identify potential issues. Results may vary depending on email clients and servers.
