How do we avoid creating multiple ClickUp tasks every time the same sender messages/responds to our Facebook Page?

Trigger: “New Message sent to Page in Facebook Messenger”

Action: “Create Task in ClickUp”

Hi @stonedepot 

Good question.

You’ll want to configure find else create logic.

You may need to add a Filter step after the Find step.

Some options to try.
