I am trying to populate Custom Fields and am held up because Zaps only fire when a tag is added. How do I set the zap to be open ended and add information as it comes in vs. not waiting for a “Tagged User”.

Have you tried using other trigger events for the ManyChat app? I’m not entirely sure about “open ended”. However, have you tried using the “Trigger a Zap” trigger for your desired outcome?
