Any suggestions to trigger on all new events that appear in my outlook calendar.
Filter out any that I created.
And modify the appointment reminder time to 15 min.
I have been unable to figure out how to do this.

To trigger a Zap for new Outlook calendar events, exclude ones you created and set a 15-minute reminder, use the "New Calendar Event" trigger in Zapier, and add a "Filter" to exclude events where your email matches the creator. While Zapier doesn't support modifying reminder times for existing events, a workaround is creating a new event with the desired reminder and deleting the original. However, this may confuse other attendees.
