Hi! I’m trying to create Lists in ClickUp when a Housecall Pro job is completed.

If we added a Tag to the HCP job of “Austin - San Antonio” how would we map it to the Space in Clickup labeled “Austin - San Antonio” or “Houston” to “Houston” essentially to embed that newly created List into the correct Space

Or for that matter, any other field. Another example would be the Service Pro Email in HCP. How can we use that to create a Task in Clickup and assign it to the right pro? For instance “xxxxx@toolmanmold.com” is the Service Pro Email and I’d like to map that so that it automatically assigns the newly created Clickup Task to Shaun Trevino.

Thanks!!

Hi @Toolman1981, welcome to the Community! 👋

You’d might need to explore setting up a lookup table to ensure the correct values are mapped. Lookup tables allow you to convert values received from one app into the corresponding value that another app is expecting (like the ID number for the space or the email you wish to assign it to). You can learn more about how to set up lookup tables here: Create lookup tables in Zaps

Hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction. If that does the trick or if you run into any issues please do let us know - want to ensure you’re all set! 🙂
