How to manipulate the date from a Calendly invite?

How do I appropriately set up a formatter step using calendly and monday?  The time that is being pulled in from Calendly is 2 hours a head of what it is suppose to be. I am unable to follow the video provided by the chat because it is an older version of the website.

Try adding this Zap action: Formatter > Date & Time > Add/Subtract Time

Thanks for your reply. I did that and every time I test, it doesn’t change the time.
