How to link a Jotform to a Constant Contact email using Zapier

I’m totally confused. I created a form in Jotform which our donors can fill out to share their story with us via email to our Executive Director...fine, so far. But now I want to have a “Take me to the Form” button on a Constant Contact email; the link would connect the donor to the Jotform form so they can fill it out. I tried “Integration,” and it said I needed to use Zapier, so that’s why I’m here...but I’m confused on how to accomplish the integration. Help!

Hi @jcm48

You should not have to use automation for this.

Try this...

  1. Get the public share link to the Jotform form you want to use.
  2. In the Contstant Contact email template, add that link.

If you need to use HTML, here’s how to use the AHREF tag: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_href.asp

Hey there @jcm48 👋

How did you get on with Troy’s suggestion? Were you able to get things solved by adding the link directly into the Constant Contact email template?

Let us know how it went, want to make sure you’re all set 🙂
